I mentioned before that Cartoon Frolics had been recently updated and didn’t explain much else.

One the screenplays Paul and I had been working on after “Off The Post…” was a western with cowboys, indians and creatures that go bump in the night. And, after a bit we figured out that maybe the script shouldn’t be a movie but something bigger.

After a bit of brainstorming we decided to create a web comic that takes place before the screenplay when our heroine was still learning the ropes.

That web comic is called The Legend of Lili Deacon.

The comic’s posting schedule will be Tuesday/Thursday. The first page will be up on April 8th.

Myself, Paul and Brenden O’Neill will be writing with art chores from Paul.

[EDITED: Paul's comic graciously reminded me that the web comic is not an adaptation of the original screenplay but a prequel.]

The Fine Print: The Legends of Lili Deacon is rated R for violence against demons and other creatures that don’t exist.

The web comic is not the screenplay in comic form. Rob misspoke himself. The events in the web comic happen BEFORE events in the screenplay. The screenplay is entirely different story content.
    Paul out.
